Terms of Use
These terms describe the baseline rules for accessing WearLync across the website, dashboard, support channels, and future mobile applications.

Service access and eligibility
Use of WearLync is subject to account approval, product availability, pricing, technical limits, and supportable operating boundaries.
We may update, suspend, or remove features as the product evolves, including by plan tier, region, or operational need.
User uploads and permissions
Users are responsible for the assets, prompts, permissions, and instructions they submit. You must only upload content you own or have the legal right to use.
If uploaded images contain clients, private individuals, children, or third-party brand assets, you are responsible for any required consent, license, or authorization.
Plans, credits, and purchases
WearLync may offer plans, paid packs, and credit-based usage. Plan access controls which features are unlocked, while credits are consumed by eligible actions such as image generation or premium workflows.
Credits are product usage units. Unless required by law, credits are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and governed by the product rules active at the time of purchase.
- A successful purchase can both add credits and unlock a higher plan tier
- A later smaller top-up should not reduce a previously higher entitlement
- Failed or canceled payments should not grant credits or plan upgrades
- Eligible failed generations may trigger an automatic credit refund according to the active product workflow
Refunds, failed jobs, and billing disputes
Users should contact support promptly for payment issues, billing discrepancies, missing credits, or plan-access problems.
Where the product marks a generation as failed and the workflow qualifies for reversal, WearLync may refund credits back to the user balance. Payment processor refunds and credit refunds are not always the same thing and may be handled separately.
Acceptable use and restrictions
The service must not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorized third-party content use, attempts to break platform security, abuse of payment or refund systems, or workflows that violate provider or policy restrictions.
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, repeated abuse, harmful content, or material violations of these terms.
AI output expectations
WearLync uses automated generation systems and cannot guarantee that every output will meet every commercial, legal, or artistic expectation.
Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs before publication, sale, or client delivery.
Account deletion and support
Users may contact support to request account deletion or data deletion handling. Some information may be retained where required for legal, payment, security, fraud-prevention, or audit reasons.
Support requests move faster when the user includes the account email, order or payment reference, and a clear description of the issue.
