Information we collect
WearLync collects the information needed to operate the website, dashboard, support channels, billing flows, and future mobile applications.
That can include account details, contact information, login identifiers, payment references, support messages, product usage logs, and technical device or browser information.
- Account data such as name, email address, login method, and account status
- Billing records such as payment IDs, order references, purchased pack details, and credit activity
- Uploaded assets such as garment images, custom-model reference images, and generated outputs
- Operational data such as app activity, error logs, device signals, and support conversation history
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, deliver generations, support custom-model workflows, process purchases, refund eligible failed jobs, investigate issues, and communicate important account or service updates.
We may also use operational data to detect abuse, enforce plan limits, monitor quality, and improve product performance.
Uploads, generated content, and model inputs
Garment uploads, custom-model assets, and generated outputs are processed to provide the product workflow. That includes generation, gallery display, download access, quality review, failure investigation, and support handling.
Users must only upload content they have the right to use. If user images include another person, a child, or client assets, the uploader is responsible for having the required permission or consent.
- Garment uploads may be validated before processing to confirm they fit the workflow
- Failed jobs may be reviewed internally to diagnose system issues or determine refund eligibility
- Public showcase or marketing use should only happen with explicit internal approval and appropriate rights
Payments and third-party providers
WearLync uses third-party providers to run payments, hosting, email, analytics, storage, and AI or model-processing infrastructure.
Those providers may process limited personal or operational data only as required to deliver the service, improve reliability, or comply with law.
- Payment processing providers such as Razorpay
- Cloud, storage, logging, and hosting providers
- Email and support delivery providers
- AI, model, or media-processing providers needed to fulfill the product workflow
Retention, deletion, and account removal
We keep data for as long as it is reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain billing records, handle disputes, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and support product reliability.
Users may request account deletion and data deletion support. Some records may still be retained where necessary for payment, security, legal, fraud-prevention, or audit purposes.
- Account deletion requests should be sent to support
- Billing and audit records may be retained where legally or operationally required
- Backups and cached operational data may take additional time to fully cycle out
Security and children
We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards to protect account, billing, and uploaded data, but no service can guarantee absolute security.
If users upload images of children, minors, or third parties, they must have the right and consent to do so. WearLync is not intended for unlawful, exploitative, or unauthorized image use.
