What users should include
Users can start account deletion from the in-app Account page and should use the same account email whenever possible.
- Account email
- Any recent payment or order reference if billing is involved
- Whether the request is for full account deletion or a privacy or data question
What may still be retained
Deleted accounts can move into a retention window before permanent purge. Some records may still need to be retained for legal, payment, fraud-prevention, security, or audit reasons even after account deletion is processed.
